Thai food considered to be healthy as the ingredients are always fresh and delicious. This is the key to a healthy eating. The method of preparation for most dishes are steamed or stir fried. Both ways of cooking are very healthy. And special seasonings used in Thai dishes are very healthy, for example galangal root, turmeric, lemongrass, ginger and chili peppers. Due to these ingredients our immune system protects out organism from many diseases and viruses.
Due to cooking methods Thai food remains all the minerals, vitamins and other nutrients in them.
At the same time, you need to be very attentive in the amount of Thai food you consume. Always too much is bad. Same here, everything needs to be in measure. Sugar is the second worst ingredient that is widely spread in the modern diet. MSG is yet another food additive and a flavor enhancer to Asian food, in many processed foods. This is considered to be a silent killer because this deteriorates organism slowly and slowly.
Eat Thai food as much as you like, enjoy the special flavors but keep in mind that you need to do this in measure. Make sure you eat enough vegetables as a combination to unique Thai dishes.
