Thai food is considered to be one of the healthiest and yummiest cuisines in the world. This is the reason Thai food has become so popular and widely spread all over the world.
If you have a chance to visit Thailand one day, make sure you try the delicious local dishes I will present shortly, or, alternatively try to make the dishes yourself in your own house. You need to be informed that Thai food is rather spicy, not slightly spicy but way too spicy, lava spicy. Of course you can make the dish less spicy. You can reduce spicy peppers used in the dishes.
Tom Yum Goong

Pad Thai comes from the word in Thai which literally will be translated as stir-fried noodles. This food will easily be found at every step in Thailand. No single restaurant, be it a cheap or expensive one will go without this dish. Pad Thai can be made with either seafood or chicken. Unlike other dishes, Pad Thai is not spicy, it is more of sweet and sour flavored mixed together.
As simple as that, noodle soup. You can find quite many varieties of this soup available and you can even improvise a little bit. However, main ingredient here is chicken, pork, seafood or vegetables. You choose vegetables to your taste, mushrooms, eggplants, zucchini and many more.
A very amazing dish that is worth trying. A combination of all five flavors available – sour, salty, spicy savory and sweetness mixed together. This dish has a rich and balanced taste. If we translate the name of the dish into English, it will mean ‘green papaya salad’.
Gai Med Ma Moung (Chicken Cashew Nuts)
This is a wonderful dish of Thai stir fry chicken with cashew nuts in the dish. This dish is traditionally made very spicy. The cashew nuts combined with various vegetables will be a great choice both healthy and super tasty. Made with chicken this dish will become a perfect one. You can eat this together with steamed white rice which is again super healthy and organic.
Geng Kheaw Wan Gai (Green Curry Chicken)
This dish can be made with chicken, beef or vegetables and chicken is more widely spread than beef in Thailand. This curry is made of green peppers pastry, coconut milk, Thai eggplant and many other ingredients which make this curry the spiciest ever met in Thailand.
Kao Phad (Fried Rice)
Another famous Thai dish made of fried rice. All the tourists and local people are in love with this special dish and it is very popular. The main ingredient here as well is meat, be it a chicken, shrimp, crab or beef or any other meat. You also add vegetables like garlic, onions, also eggs and lots of seasonings.
Very popular curry in Thailand and all over the world. What is surprising about the dish is that it is not native Thai. Not very spicy but still this dish contains dried peppers which give the dish the spicy flavor. The flavor is balanced as it consists of cinnamon, nutmeg, cumin and several others spices from the Middle East.
